Again it as been a long time and I am sorry for that! Although summer is a very busy time in the garden and I am now beginning to see the fruits of my labour.

| Here are some red onions I have grown Put these together, with a few herbs and roasted in the oven slowly, for a few hours and voila! A beautiful fresh pasta sauce!!! There is nothing better to have in the fridge or freezer than alot of lovely fresh tomato sauce. I use it in chilli's, curries and lots of pasta meals. Oh and one last thing I picked up another 1 euro bargain at the weekend.................... |
