Dear Sébastien,
Last weekend Daddy was playing around in the kitchen, making some yummy new recipes.
I love cooking as you know and love creating new recipes...................It was so sunny last week that I thought it would be great to try some little spanish tapas!
The word "Tapas" originates from the spanish word meaning "to cover". Legend has it that one day, a long time ago, Alphonso and Diego were sitting in a bar, somewhere in Spain. Well, this day they were fed up of having flies in their beer. They asked the barman for a saucer to cover there glasses. This worked a treat but now they were hungry. Alphonso looked in his bag and found a chunk of bread, a chorizo sausage and some cheese. He broke some bits off and put them into his saucer. Diego looked at his friend and thought good idea! So Diego looked in his bag and found some olives, ham and tomatoes. He also put some in his saucer. The two friends enjoyed there beer (without flies in) and nibbled on their "Tapas"!!!!!!
